We are a software technology company building Gen Z-centric, next-generation products. Our flagship product, Playground, highlights an interactive and collaborative streaming experience for VTubers. Using WebGL and motion capture, Playground makes streaming together beginner-friendly and straightforward. As part of our small yet technical team, you will experiment with state-of-the-art technology and help implement new web features and creator tools for a product backed by passionate online communities.

Design from research to final UI that can be handed to the development team

Come up with new features and pitch those features to the product and engineering teams

Craft above and beyond design solutions that fulfills users’ needs while accounting for technical feasibility.

Create beautiful interfaces and maintain a growing UI library

Effectively utilize our brand elements in the product and web pages

Be a strong advocate for the user community – champion user-centered design practices and the importance of usability within the product and team

Work with engineers to implement and revise your designs

Audit the product to ensure features are working as designed

Be a part of fast-paced and impactful team

Clear communicator who can effectively communicate an idea through text, speech, and imagery

Strong visual design skills and passion for interaction design

Understanding of common UX research methods and can effectively summarize your findings

Able to assess your designs by gathering user feedback, conduct user interviews usability testings, and more

Presentation skills and comfort presenting to and communicating with senior leadership

Studying or finishing Bachelor's degree in design, HCI, Psychology, Anthropology, Cognitive Science, computer science, STEM, or related field or equivalent years of experience

A portfolio containing 3-5 pieces of work detailing your experience and role as a UI / UX designer

Experience working with product managers, designers, and engineering leads

Experience designing qualitative and quantitative research studies, analyzing results and generate design insights towards product decisions

參與產品團隊的用戶研究和設計工作
◦ 進行用戶訪談及收集用戶意見反饋
◦ 在考慮技術可行性的同時，提出滿足用戶功能需求的設計方案
◦ 製作產品交互原型，分析產品功能設計的可行性及可用性
◦ 負責完成產品的界面、圖標、動畫等設計
◦ 與工程師合作實現和修改設計
◦ 審核最終產品以確保功能按設計工作

協助運營團隊設計活動宣傳海報及影片素材 
◦ 利用品牌元素創建可用的 UI / 圖像庫

了解 VTuber 文化，對 VTuber 的內容創作充滿熱情

熟悉 UX 研究方法，能夠通過用戶訪談、製作交互原型收集用戶反饋，

良好的表現能力和團隊協作精神，可以通過文字、說話溝通和圖像與團隊有效地傳達想法

熟練操作設計軟件 Figma 或 Adobe Photoshop, Illustration

良好的視覺設計能力和網頁產品交互功能的設計能力

2年或以上的網頁/手機應用程式 UI UX 設計及與產品團隊合作的經驗
